I. Protection of High-Frequency Power Supply Modules
1. Overvoltage, undervoltage, and overheating of the high-frequency power supply module will cause the charging module to protect. Please confirm according to the fault code;
2. If the cabinet has a glass door or is airtight, it may cause the high-frequency module to overheat;
3. Excessive ambient temperature in the machine room will also cause the high-frequency module to overheat
II. High-Frequency Module Failure
1. Excessive output voltage or IGBT overcurrent of the high-frequency module will cause module failure. It is required to disconnect the module from the AC power and restart it to restore the module to normal;
2. Unreasonable voltage adjustment may cause overvoltage of the module output. In this case, it is necessary to cut off the power and turn the voltage adjustment potentiometer counterclockwise to the minimum (when it is turned to the minimum, a slight clicking sound can be heard from the potentiometer), and then reset the output voltage of the module.
III. Uneven Current Sharing of High-Frequency Modules
1. Failure to connect the current sharing line may cause uneven current sharing;
2. Current sharing is not allowed between the control module and the closing module;
3. Disconnect the current sharing line and communication line, load the module, and measure the signal on the current sharing port of the module. The magnitude of this signal should meet the requirement of i/I*2V, where i is the actual output current of the charging module, and I is the rated output current of the module;
IV. High-Frequency Module Communication Interruption
1. Incorrect address setting of the high-frequency module will cause communication interruption of the high-frequency module. Setting the same address for two different high-frequency modules will also cause communication interruption of the monitoring module;
2. High-frequency module type setting (stepped current limiting and stepless current limiting) will cause communication interruption of the monitoring module;
3. Poor grounding of the high-frequency module or lack of grounding may cause communication interruption of the high-frequency module;
4. Overloading of the high-frequency module may cause communication interruption. With good grounding, this can be solved by adding a communication adapter;
5. Incorrect serial port number setting in the monitoring module will cause communication interruption of the high-frequency module;
6. The address of the high-frequency module is required to be set starting from 0, and the addresses are required to be set continuously.
V. Half-Load Output of High-Frequency Module
Some high-frequency modules have a phase-missing half-load output protection function. Please check the AC input voltage of the high-frequency module.
VI. High-Frequency Module Voltage Output Cannot Reach the Set Voltage
1. Overloading of the high-frequency module will cause current limiting, preventing the high-frequency module from reaching the set voltage;
2. Incorrect battery current detection will cause the high-frequency module to limit current, preventing it from reaching the set output voltage.
